Brain Fried

Have you ever felt brain fried?

Like your brain is blocked and you can’t process anything?

Well, Mathematics does that to me tons of times.

Many people may say I’m quite clever with math, but that dosen’t stop it from blocking my mind.

I might say I like math, because sometimes is pretty easy, but when it comes to large complicated problems, I might do it faster than normal people, but gives me headaches, and totally frustrates me.

As much as I love school, I sometimes wish it could explode in flames. Oh, how wonderful that would be. But then again, I would regret it after some time, like, who wouldn’t miss their friends? But yeah, sometimes I wish that.

Explode, school. Explode.

Have you ever wished that too?

Delicious Pancakes

  • Prep Time 25 Minutes
  • Total Time 20 minutes
  • Yield Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Assorted toppings, such as butter, maple syrup, confectioners’ sugar, honey, jams, preserves, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees; have a baking sheet or heatproof platter ready to keep cooked pancakes warm in the oven. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter (or oil), and egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened (do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine).
  3. Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron) or griddle over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half, and moisten with oil; carefully rub skillet with oiled paper towel.
  4. For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto skillet, using the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round (you should be able to fit 2 to 3 in a large skillet).
  5. Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to a baking sheet or platter; cover loosely with aluminum foil, and keep warm in oven. Continue with more oil and remaining batter. (You’ll have 12 to 15 pancakes.) Serve warm, with desired toppings.

Love Candy

Lately I have tried not to eat so much candy, but yeah, let say I have a weak spot for candy. I also love chocolate.

My favorite chocolate is twix. I just LOVE that convination of caramel and milk chocolate. Makes me drool.

I also love m&m.

Cotton candy rocks!

And Wonka Nerds.

I like all kinds of candy. The only ones that I don’t like are the ones that are green, strange, or artificial (yucky) colors.

And you, do you have any favorite candy?

Winter is Stylish

Winter is coming!

I really love winter, it’s one of the coolest and most exciting seasons of the year. It’s fun, and the whole family can enjoy it. I love the christmas decorations and fashion. But one of the things that I love but causes me trouble is the cold.

Well, I love cold, but just in very hot days, and when I have a coat.  OKAY!!!Truth is that we are not compatible. It causes me alergies, and ugh!! I hate shivering.

For me, the best way to get rid of the cold is getting in my bed and wrapping blankets around me.

Or putting on coats.

Imagine, I’m freezing here, and I’m in a tropical island!

I can’t bring myself to think how cold must be in places that are north, snows and… argh, it’s too terrible to think about it. And it’s not that living in those places is bad, in fact, it must be awesome, but honestly, they’re not for me.

If you want to take a walk, but you don’t want to freeze, I suggest you to wear comfy clothes. I think that the clothes that are more stylish, are for winter.

Take a look:

You can use boots

Sweaters

and scarfs

Cool, right?

Well, I even made an outfit.

Hi!!

Have you ever felt bored knowing that you’ll have a boring day ahead? I have!

Well, personally, I would first recommend you to be active. Just that you can’t go hang out with your friends dosen’t mean you can’t have a good time.

Here is a list of things to do:

1. Bake cupcakes, cook dinner, have fun!

Here is the link to the recipe to make a chocolate fudge:https://justmyselfnobodyelse.wordpress.com/2012/09/03/easy-chocolate-fudge/

2. Enjoy a good time reading, drinking a good cup of chocolate and marshmallows:

3.Have a movie night and eat some popcorn:

Doing fun things keeps you entertained. I hope you have more than this three ideas of what to do.

Don’t waste your time and do something easy and fun.
