Happy New Year

2015

Happy new year everyone!

I know it’s been around 2 years since my last post and I apologize for that. Schoolwork and procrastination have been my constant activities. I have also grown a lot since I last talked to you guys. I’ve learned a lot of important lessons too – first, nail art is one of the most insignificant topics you can choose for a blog. This blog is my outlet to the world – and I better make this amazing opportunity as worthwhile as I can. I’ll do my best to post things to reflect on; my daily struggles, important life lessons – I’ll strive to share with you things that matter. I hope you join me in this journey; I’ll post as often as I can. 🙂

Blessings,

VeniVidiVici (decided to use this name instead of MaryXD)

School Inspired Nail Art

Hey!!!

Guys, sorry I didn’t do any sneak peek, and that I’m publishing this post very late (it was supposed to be last week). You know I had that project for history class.

Anyway, as you see, this week’s nail art is about school.

Brace yourself:

Did you like it?

They seriously look great.

Maybe they are a little hard, but they do look totally worth it!

Will you try them? Tell me what you think.

School Field Trip: The Best One Ever!

Hey guys!

I’m so sorry I didn’t post anything for a while. The thing is, I had this project for history class that was pretty long, plus my group wasn’t much in what we call a “working spirit”.

The project is for our independence day celebration (It’s next year, but our teacher wants us to be ready on time. *-*). In the project, each class has one province of the country. The province that my class was assigned to investigate is a very beautiful one, called María Trinidad Sanchez, and to know more about it, my teacher hired an organization to give us a tour. We went there the friday before the last one on a bus.

I must say, it was the coolest school trip ever. And not because of where we were going, it was because of the fun time we spent in the bus.

I know, usually it’s very boring. But this it what it happened:

We all arrived at 6:15 A.M. to leave at 6:30 (One hour earlier than a normal day of school). I joined my friends and we each chose are pair for the trip. After a big confusion, and a big trade of partners, I sat with one of my best friends, she and I had an amaizing time, I had lots of junk food, and she had her MP5. The whole trip, we were singing and making little dances on our seats, traumatizing everyone who passed by (LOL). We sang every song that has ever been made. But, from time to time, we took a break, stood up (We weren’t allowed to do that, but everyone was doing it anyway!!!) and started bothering, talking, and taking pictures.

The part went we got out, got muddy, and saw wonderful things of nature was not nearly half as fun. But I did take good pictures.

Take a look:

Cool, huh??

The way back was awesome too, you know.

I took a nap, and, when I woke up, found my friends singing all types of songs, the louder they could. It was annoying, and we did had to shut them up, but it still, it was the coolest thing ever.

When we returned, the bus was all messy with junk and mud. It was awesome!!!

I don’t think we learned much about our country that day, but about ourselves. We shared very much, laughed and danced.

I wish I could go back there. And soon.

Normal is boring!

Hi!!!

I don’t know you guys, but today I’m feeling kind of excited for no reason. Like, I feel nervous, and I usually want to do something crazy. I really wanted to do something cool today. But, as usual, nothing happened.

It was such a tedious afternoon! I so had my hopes up for the rest of the day. But BAM, everything went out wrong. There was no food but crackers in my house, the lights went out, and I couldn’t read my favorite book!

It was quite painful. Well, not quite. Very painful. Ooh! I just wish for something exciting to happen.

And you, have you ever been disappointed of your day?

Tell me below!

What to do: If you have a problem with a friend

Hey guys!

Today was a rough day. I had a lot of fights with friends.

One was with my best friend. But of course, we discovered we were just being stupid, and we realized we weren’t mad at eachother after all.

I remember hugging her. It was cool.

But I also had a fight with a friend of mine. You know, she sometimes bothers me much beacause she says mean things like it’s nothing, but today I quietly exploded in anger. When we left school we were still mad at eachother (I don’t know if she was, because I haven’t talked to her. But I know I was mad.).

I don’t know about her, but I have already forgiven her. I will wait for her to think straight, and also to act toward others the way she would like to be treated. Forgiving is the best medicine for problems you know?

I’m feeling okay, since the afternoon was cool, but I’m still waiting my friend’s reaction. I am nervous. But, the sad thing is, that I have nothing left to do.

So, here I am waiting in my desk for a call or mail from my friend.
